My thoughts have been making me sad. I want to change my thoughts. An approach I can use is to listen to positive self-talk audios. That should help me feel a lot more hopeful.

Set up a better schedule for myself. Start the morning with light therapy and laugh therapy. Be of service to others, make time to exercise, do some reading and then have relaxation time.
