Has anyone tried light therapy glasses for Seasonal affective disorder?
I have a light box but I find that I don't use it consistently enough and stop using it over time so I'm thinking of getting some glasses but they are a bit more expensive. If you have used them do you have a brand that you recommend? Cheers |

Never tried them but I know with the light boxes you’re only supposed to use for thirty minutes a day......

It's for seasonal depression which occurs due to lack of light, so the light boxes or glasses are to help with that. The light does something to the hormone melatonin. Youd be best looking it up for a more scientific answer. |

Yes about 30 minutes are required but you can do longer. However doing this every day for 4+ months is not so easy for me, I'd rather something I can walk around with.
