When i'm in this much pain i'm a danger to myself.
 but i'm a ''coward'' so I will stay safe  please don't suggest meds since I have impossibly severe side effects

i can relate. You are a danger to yourself but in the end you're too afraid to act on it. Maybe one day we will get the courage to do what needs to be done.
