I am sorry you are having a difficult time Crypts.
 Remember you will have felt this way before and had better days thereafter. I understand that it feels like things will always be this way. Recently I listened to a podcast talking of the yin and yang in all things. We are here for you, if you find new words to express your feelings. Hugs to you and all who read this thread
