How do you do the necessary chores when you are depressed and unmotivated to do anything? I feel like crying when I force myself to do things.

Try to take a tiny step Pinkvilla. Then wait, give yourself credit, and if you can, take the next tiny step.

Good question. I wish I could offer any real solutions... Mostly it's about going through the motions like an automaton, hoping that the episode breaks, or at least lightens up a little. Tiny steps are a good idea in this context. :-)
