I have Bipolar for 31 years now, back before it was Bipolar and referred to as Manic Depression lol
I also suffer from a sexual addiction, which is where I normally post.

I'm so down in the dumps. Being crushed by unbelievable sadness. My current lifestyle is unhealthy to say the least, but I have never been this heavy hearted. It truly feels like it's breaking. My plate is overflowing and I don't want to eat any of it.

I am so very sorry you are being crushed by unbelievable sadness.

Wish I could find the words to express how sorry I am for what you are going through.

The human brain is so mysterious and I do not know why it is subjecting you to this addiction or unhealthy lifestyle.

All kinds of things can affect how the brain works but clearly you are victim here, the innocent victim of what your brain is doing.

You did not choose the brain you inherited or all the experiences that conditioned it.

I am so sorry you are being victimized by it now. But you are innocent of these unwelcome activities of your brain.

You are a good person struggling against mysterious and unsettling things your brain moves you to do. You are innocent when it overpowers and coerces you.

I hope you will try to remember that you are a good person being victimized by a malfunctioning brain. You are not your brain. You have a brain, but isn't you. You are so much more than that.

Wish I had the wisdom to offer you comfort, but sadly I lack such wisdom. I sure hope you will remember how special you are.
