The song sounds great, but I couldn't help but laugh at the ICU section toward the beginning of the song, where it said "pi** and 409."

Sadly, though, the song sounds very raw and real.

I just finished listening to the song in its entirety, and it is sad. I like how it has your name in it though, but it's sad.

I think about all the frontliner heroes having to watch their patients die during this time. I also think about all the people in the waiting room who weren't able to say good-bye. I am really sad about all this.

At first when I heard deathcab years ago and this song it took me off guard. But when I thought about it deeper there really is no greater love than someone who won’t leave you alone in your final hours. It’s a bittersweet beauty that touches your soul so deeply it becomes permanent.
