Feeling worthless, like anyone could do anything I do and probably do it better. Like anything I do/say/think doesn't matter. Believing that although I have things to add, they don't really matter so aren't really worth it. Which means I don't really have anything to add.

You should definitely go, asap.

Do go to get professional help from a psychiatrist and a good psychologist.

Tell them what you've been posting on the forum and in chat... they are there to help you.

I think that you need more help than what we can offer on this forum.

You most certainly can recover, but you need skilled intervention...
