Haven’t felt like crying past several days, but feel like it’s been about to spill out so today cried some when working from home. It’s the worst and yet crying helps me to feel better often. Just cried a few mins then continued to work and carry on. It’s just a lot with everything going on, my aunt passed away a few weeks ago and my dad passed away 2 years ago as of next month, I’m worried about lots of things now, but often I cope fairly well with walking daily.

Awh, you have some sadness going on so it's natural how you feel. I follow all your posts because you seem like a very resilient person and you inspire me to do better day-to-day. Don't be too hard on yourself at this time. Do you do some sort of ritual around your father's passing? I had a very difficult time the first years after my sister's passing and always did something special on the anniversary. So sorry to hear about your aunt's passing. It is such a difficult time for processing grief and loss.
