I try keep busy everyday, but feel so down at times. Usually I feel worse in the mornings and the evenings are somewhat better. I get a mix of anxiety and a low feeling mood. Some nights I sleep well and others I wake up a few times. I just haven't felt myself in awhile. I've tried everything like excercise, socializing, hobbies, etc. I even had a mental health assessment and they just suggested counseling.

I'm sorry to hear you are feeling down. I think counseling is worth a try.
