Is it worth to hope for better days? For days where my heart won't be sad? Even if I feel happy it's just for a few days and I feel depressed again. It makes me wonder if it is worth hoping for those few days you get to expand your lungs and finally breathe, before going back into the waters. Is it worth hoping when life is suffering?

I believe in hope, my friend. It's the thing that's gotten me through my darkest hours. Hoping against hope that things may improve, that something will happen, that there's something greater than myself that will give me peace when nothing else would. And slowly I am improving. People have different ideas about hope but hope to me, is like believing that your perseverance and mental health efforts will bring you out of a very dark forest or cave and into the sunlight again.

May this image give you some hope:

Is HOPE worth it?
