I just found this following text that I wrote on June 20th 2018. I read it and I felt the need to share it here so here I am. These are just thoughts I had at the time and I wrote them down cause I needed to get stuff out. To be honest a lot of these thoughts are still with me as I've been struggling with depression for several years now.

I'm not sure if I should label this as a trigger, but I will anyway just to be safe. I do mention suicide/self-destructive thoughts in this, just so you know.

Possible trigger:

Thank you for reading.

Well, uncharted, this sounds like a really good illustration of badass depression, speaking as an expert on teh subject. I do thinkt this sort of talk can be quite triggering for some folks, so, maybe in the future, a trigger warning might be a good idea.

So, how do you feel today? How are you doing?

Strength and support!!!!

Yes that's why I did put a trigger on it, should I do something more besides that? Please let me know.

And I'm ok I guess, some days are better than others, you know how it is. Hope you're doing well.

There is some kind of a special trigger warning thingy that I have never understood how to do, myself. There are instructions for it somewhere, maybe on the community feedback forum? Anyway, I could never figure it out...

I struggle wiht depression from time to time, most recently, just in the recent past week or so. Hang in there...
