I took my trash out this morning. I also did some cooking and I ordered groceries. I will put everything away and then break for the day. I'm a little tired. I will primarily play my game and watch a workshop I have.

Best wishes to all for a splendid day!

Thank you! I had a fall in the level of glucose in my blood stream and became so enormously tired afterward and then depressed.

I have seen a program about people who struggled to become drug free. That helped me. I mean it helped me to remember how much I have struggled to be able to be where I am today. (I have never had problems with drugs, but we are all human and to think about that helped). I have build a life that was worth living against traumas and flashbacks. For the time being Corona takes away so much. The vaccination of the population, here, are going in slow tact. It is difficult to not be able to participate in the society the way I used too.

Tomorrow:

I will put my shoes and pigs on and go for a walk after breakfast (snow, cold and slippery outside). When I come home after that , I will write a list.

I wish you well, Jennifer, with your try to pick up your routines again!

To all: Be well and take care, one step at the time!

What is that saying about the best laid plans of mice and men? Mom woke up today in bad shape so I stayed right by her side until late in the evening. That was the important thing to do. She is now in good spirits and back on her feet again after some TLC. I’ll double up tomorrow or push some things into next week.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day tomorrow.

I opened a box this morning with my new blender and I unloaded the dishwasher. I want to wash the blender and my other dishes. Yesterday, I played my game some and watched an inspirational video. Today, I hope to do the following:

1. Open more boxes.
2. Load the dishwasher.
3. Do my workshop.

Hope everyone has a good day today!

Take the days as they come, Jennifer. It was in the generation before us it was a big shame to not have the house in order. But routines are important for mental health, so try as best you can to keep at least small routines.

I overslept for 4 hours today My blood sugar was so low that I did not dare to take my diabetes medication. I feel very tired. I have used the day, so far, to read Newspapers and looking at programs for my religion. The tiredness has not had an impact on my mood tough. I am sitting here telling myself that the best I can do is to try to enjoy the day the way it is.

For now I will measure my blood glucose, eat, take a small walk, winter dressed from top to toe, and visiting grocery for a few things I need.

My highest priority for this day: To come through the day as best I can, be satisfied with that, eat healthy and go to bed at a decent time.

To all: Take care and accept your situations as best you can!

It was hard to walk outside in the snow. It was hard to see in thre grocery shop because of dew on the glasses.

Now I am home resting a bit and, of all things, I am going to eat a small chocolate, forbidden fruit for me.

...I think I will try to sleep until 08:00 AM and take a little walk after breakfast (with sugar in my pocket and piggs on my shoes).
...First after that will I make a plan for the rest of the day.

To all: I wish you a good day! Take care!

I loaded the dishwasher and then slept until 11 am. All I've had time for today is self-care and pet care. The only thing I have planned for the rest of the day is to play my game. I am tired.

Hope all of you are well. Best of luck with your goals!

PS. What I call 'pigs' or 'piggs' has nothing to do with the animal pig. May be it is more adequate to use the word calk or nail. (Just in case somebody misunderstood). It is too much snow outside and I cannot sit inside and wait for it melting. I do not want to fall, so I have to use these Ice nails under my shoes.

I am satisfied with today. I ran errands all day and I am now caught up in that area. It was a beautiful day for that. Tomorrow I have bible study and 2 Zoom meetings. In between, I’m going to walk at the park and work on the house (a small portion only). I will work on my inner work briefly as soon as I wake up as I’ve gotten in the habit of doing.

I wish everybody well. Best wishes.

Thank you for explaining that. I believe you also were not feeling great earlier. I hope that situation has changed and that you’re feeling much better. Sending good thoughts your way.

I've been focusing on my living room most of the night. I'm determined to open all of these boxes. I finished up the packages yesterday. Today, I will create a junk pile of donation stuff and trash.

I hope everyone is well. Best wishes to all!

I did not fall asleep before after 02:30 AM last night. I decided to set the clock for ringing at 09:00 AM. I jumped out of the bed at that time.

So far I have been out for a walk. I used another track this day, so it was more easy to walk in the snow. I have been to the post office to gather a mountain tent that I have ordered. I have thought that we have to live in this time with the Corona and everything. The virus can mutate more, so we have to try to live the best we can. The tent is for hiking in the mountains (Spring, Summer or Autumn). If the opportunities to travel outside our borders this summer is a NO because of Corona, I want to have the opportunity to pack my sack and go to the woods or mountains instead.

The buying of the easy to carry tent had an therapeutic effect on me. It is as if I have told myself: "Whatever happens I am going to master it."

I have read in my CBT book.

After some food, now, I will write a grocery list and then take the day as it comes, empty dishwasher and so on.

A good day to all! Take care!

I forgot about my therapy session. I also need to make some calls for my brother and run by mom’s doctor to pick something up and by the pharmacy for her medicine. Finally, I need to resolve the battery in my car being dead. I’ll need to call AAA. I plan to focus on one thing at a time and approach things with an attitude of calm, poise and peace. Today’s bible study on peace is a very timely message. Fortunately it’s a beautiful day and I’ll enjoy some sunshine.

I hope everyone is having a good day. Best wishes.

Thank you, Jennifer! No not better. I have some sort of rheumatism. It is difficult to chose. I can sit inside and spare myself from being disposed to the could weather or I can go out and have rheumatic pain afterward.

My mental health needs activity (running or walking) while my rheumatism needs warm weather to keep itself quiet.

Yes, I had to take Paracetamol to have pain relief today after my walk outside. I cannot run away from this. In some way or other I have to cope with these difficult choices.

I'm so glad that we at least are in February. Spring will come this year as well, sometime ...

I think I have to become better telling myself that I am allowed to be sick. I am not lazy. I have to rest and there is nothing wrong with that.

Plans for Thursday:

... Up at 08:00 and then breakfast.
... Be kind to myself
... Take a trip to the Gym.
... Figure out how to use the rest of the day, according to the strength and degree of pain in the body.

To all: I wish you a good day! Take care!

Yes, thank you! The pile is done. A company will come out tomorrow and carry it away. I'll be glad.
