I wasn't able to do any of my tasks. I've been busy all day so far with other important things. I will relax now. My last task caused a panic attack. It's over with now but my chest still hurts. I might need to meditate. So tomorrow, I will try to do the following:
1. Clean the litter box. 2. Wash dishes. 3. Make chili. Happy Friday to all! May you have a wonderful weekend!! __________________ ‘Live for now,’ ‘This too shall pass,’ ‘Everything is happening for my good.’ |

Today I cleaned the litter box and I washed dishes. Those were my two main chores. I haven't cooked yet. I don't know that I will. I'm working on a big project, and that is consuming most of my time. Tomorrow, I will try to:
1. Clean off my desk. 2. Open packages. 3. Take a shower. I hope everyone is having a nice weekend. Best wishes to all! __________________ ‘Live for now,’ ‘This too shall pass,’ ‘Everything is happening for my good.’ |

I have had my meal, fried trout (baked in the oven) with sweet potatoes and sour cream + Cola light. Afterward, I had blueberries. It tasted delicious! I wish you a good evening and Good Luck with your plans for Sunday! |

My daughter will be visiting for most of the day tomorrow and then she’ll head back to her city. Since the house is sparkling and I’d like to keep it that way I’ve come up with a short, easy routine to put in place. I will test this out tomorrow evening. I also still have computer work and paperwork to catch up on.
Warm wishes to all for a peaceful Sunday. |

Plans for Sunday:
Go for a walk. (Thanks the snow is gone). Use the rest of the Sunday to take care of health, watch TV, read and have social contacts by phone. I am thinking a lot about how to plan life in general. Last week I became exhausted after doing necessary work for my general health. As already known I plan to work again for some hours each week. The work I do for my general health is necessary, so I cannot skip that, but there has to be a way to put in a few hours each week for ordinary work. I think we all need to feel that we have something to give to the society, that we matter in some way or other. The corona period has lasted for so long that some of us who have been much isolated in this period have started to have memory problems that was not there from before. (I feel so and other people have told that they have it that way as well). I try to not worry too much, but somehow I have to find out what I am capable to do and what I cannot have on my private schedule. May be setting a plan for evaluation after some weeks will help. I tried that before and fell off the timeline, but maybe I have to try once more. That is the only thing I can find in my mind that hopefully can help me draw the lines for how to decide how to use my valuable time after all necessary "things" are done. I have gone through my calendar (now, after writing this) and I think a private evaluation at Saturday, March 20 will be a good day for evaluation. That will give me a written note about my status that I can continue with after Palm Sunday, the holy week and the Easter week. This will give me the opportunity to make preparations for Easter without worry too much on my "time-problem". (If I am vaccinated I either will have guests or be a guest during the Easter time. Has to be discussed with my family). This solution will hopefully give myself a couple of free-days to come back to track again after the Easter week. I hope to be excused for this long input, but please understand that it helped me to put the coming weeks in perspective. May you all have a continued good Sunday! |

I have been able to make the frame around my weekdays, now (in private). It is a big relief to know that I probably will find these frames useful for how to plan my days. As you already know, the reason I came back after trying on my own (explained in my post # 298 this thread) was the feeling of uncertainty and not-mastery of everything I wanted to do and all I had to do.
Short about my new general weekly frame (which hopefully will work more days than it fails): Physical exercises for back and lungs some days, housework on other days, still other days with time for relaxation exercises to loosen up tension in my body, time for walks in the neighborhood and time to work in between. In the beginning I will do preparation work for some weeks. It is still early, but here are my most important plans for tomorrow: 1) Physical exercises + Relaxation exercises 2) Hoover the entrance and the wash the floor afterward. 3) The lockdown is not in use for the time being, so I will hurry to buy necessary equipment before there is a new lockdown. I wish everybody on the thread a good start on this week! |

My short, easy routine to keep the house looking good worked well so I’ll continue that. I have to take my brother for a medical test in the morning and my mother to her second vaccination in the afternoon so I can’t really plan much. I’m working on a project that I will continue work on and I’m reading a book on evolution of the consciousness. I will read that while I wait for my brother.
I hope everyone has a good Monday. |

I like that you worked on hobbies all day. Sometimes it’s important to take time out for fun. Thank you for reminding me of that! Best luck to you as well!

I'm worn out already today and I've been working on putting new sheets on my bed. I'm motivated today because my cat got sick on the bed. So I'm having to do laundry as well. I don't think I will take a shower today. Maybe tomorrow. And I'm not going to cook anything. I don't have the energy. I will focus on finishing the bed this afternoon. I hope all of you are well!

I am physically ill today. I was able to take my brother to his medical test but that is the extent of my capabilities for the day. I will rest and recover and start fresh tomorrow with luck on my side. Best wishes to all for a peaceful day!

Today I cooked, worked on a couple of fun projects, washed dishes, cleaned up in the bathroom and did some de-cluttering. Tomorrow, I plan to:
1. Clean the litter box. 2. Cook chili. 3. Do some sweeping. I hope everyone is well. Best of luck with your tasks!! __________________ ‘Live for now,’ ‘This too shall pass,’ ‘Everything is happening for my good.’ |
