I am presently experiencing quite a dip of mood, of which I am trying so hard to raise up to where it used to be. I guess a lot of it is because of the global problem. Anyway, thank you so much for being here, venting, expressing, & I feel less alone because of all of you. I wish so much for all of you!!

I've been / am battling a dip in mood as well. Some of it is the result of physical / medical problems. Some is undoubtedly weather-related. And some of it is probably the world situation right now as well as the increased level of violence that's present currently where I live. For a long time I didn't feel my age. But I think it's, perhaps, caught up with me now.

Does anyone else feel as though activity here on MSF has dropped off substantially as well? Maybe it's just me. But it seems like since the sale of Psych Central, there's not a lot going on here on MSF. I used to spend a lot of time here. Now... not so much.

I feel that too, as though activity here on MSF has dropped off substantially. I especially noticed that in one of the other parts of the forum here (not anywhere I usually post)

As I think you know, I always appreciate your posts. (its a bummer for me personally that no links are available any more grrrrrr. I even have a PM box full of messages, some of which include links, none of which work any more

I wish I had been more diligent in reading and remembering them before. And those pop up ads are maddening. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Gonna try and fix that tomorrow

I am struggling a bit today. I am trying to stop being specific about the things that bring me down because they involve other people and I know that I am not any better in any way (I have caused much pain myself). They have their struggles as well....

What a twister it’s been. I poked the hornet’s nest and really got stung. My bad feelings toward him are what caused me to lose another, for whom I had only the purest love. My bad feelings toward her, also are what caused me to lose another, for whom I also had only love. Two triangles that turned 180. Then, I end up having to honor him and her anyway in the end. Two loves sacrificed, my punishment for my transgression.

Punishments for any ''transgression'' - real or imagined, is an adequate descriptor of my cubhood and ''adolescence'' (I was ''never'' allowed to be a ''teenager'' - the mother even said she HATED that word

Trying to ''live in the moment'' (which is not optimal... due to ******** and some people's selfishness

But I'm grateful for my blessings

I prefer not to use any labels. (especially not vague labels like ''misfit'') I understand what you mean though dear Thirty shades.

I'm really struggling. I don't know what the answer is. I'm not sure if I just need DBT, a med change or a change in perspective. I don't like med changes.

My health journey won’t allow me to lie, and I find my life very difficult to talk about. I will continue to stand for what I believe in- without nasty forms of retaliation that seem to be the way most people get by.

Should I feel quilty about praying that I die naturally in my sleep? Don't want my son, long time girlfriend, & brother to be more ashamed of me. I'm not strong enough to ask for help at this stage. I know what is offered if I end up in hospital again. Art class, other groups offered can't help me.
