 I been feeling really depressed :hug  about my severe depression I have  when nothing has triggered my depression :doh but I feel like I am :  with myself about this severe depression.

Depression is a horrible old dragon. It likes to pop it's head out from time to time and make me miserable for a time. Who knows how long it will last this time?

A lady whom I thought of as a friend recently ghosted me. We were World of Warcraft friends and Discord buddies. She even invited me to her server. But today I found out she unfriended me and kicked me out of her group. I don't know why. We haven't talked in a while. But that's not a good reason. I've just been busy. And she is usually busy when I try to talk to her on Discord. I'm very hurt and very sad.

i'm managing to distress myself
the thought that Tigger's dying cause she's seeked out a pile of dirty laundry next to the washing machine that needs to go in, i keep thinking it and the thought won't go cause she never sleeps by the washing machine, even when i put clothes there so i started reading what signs a cat is dying and apparently sleeping is one of the signs so i'm in a distress panic now
