Does anyone else feel like you allow depression and/or anxiety to become a part of your personality or identity? Like, on the days that I'm actually doing good, it feels like I'm missing a part of myself. It's like I want to feel down. Does that make sense to anyone?

Dear codirobi613,

That makes sense to me. Sometimes I feel that way.

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen
