I wish my h was compatible, my mother was nice, my sister hadn’t turned on me and written me off, my son hadn’t abandoned me. I wish I knew if I have all this difficulty with these interpersonal relationships because I have a disorder or they are just extremely difficult people to try to have relationships with. So...what’s depressing me is my several close relationships that have crashed and burned and my confusion regarding my mental health diagnosis.

I received some really bad news yesterday. It has me very upset. I keep ruminating about it. I don't know how to let it go. I'm having a hard time sleeping. I feel isolated and like there's no one I can talk to. It's the weekend, so I don't even have my online therapist to help me.

Everything. I tried to be positive. I even keep a positivity journal. Nothing works. I'm still the same whiny person.
I had an online class today. My teacher is very cheerful and positive. Why can't I be like him. |

My cat won't shut up! I can't do anything for her. I've taken her to the vet numerous times. They keep giving me pills to give her but she won't take them. I may just have to surrender her to the animal shelter.

I have a chronic condition (other than depression) that I can't find a medicine for and it's very discouraging. All I want to do is sleep.

Having to wait on maintenance to show up, my cat crying, having to clean the litter box over and over again, needing to cook, feeling like ****, being irritated, not getting support and my therapist getting on my nerves.

My son never contacts me. I’m so tormented by this awful feeling of emotional abandonment, I am going to tell him how I feel. What compromise or understanding can we achieve? I do not want it to become anything even more negative and estranged. I do not want to let the conversation give me a panic attack and it take a turn for the worst.
