Today isn't going that well. I feel sleepy and tired today. But I slept 10 hours. I don't know why I'm so tired. I feel frustrated and depressed.

Tired and in a procrastination mood. Have to overcome that (the procrastiantion).

Yesterday, at work, I spoke to a co-worker who gave me some information about what's going to happen at the company. Note that I don't work directly for the company at the site. I'm a contractor, so I will not know as much about what will happen as others who work directly for the company. He told me that it's pretty definite that all who are working at the site will have to leave by September. And there's a chance it could happen sooner. Well, I have mixed feelings about it. It would be nice to leave that place and take some time off for a while. But I'm scared about if I can make out OK with not working for a while. I loved working at that place for a long time, but lately it's gone downhill.

This morning, after getting out of bed, I went to the laundry room; and it was fully taken. So I didn't get started on my laundry until about 2 hours later, so that puts my routine back a bit. I wasn't happy with it, but I'm managing the adjustment fairly well. Other than that, things are going OK for now.

Feeling really down today. I’m attending a 3 day virtual event that I got free tickets for. It’s a great event. I’m just not happy today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I’m slightly down right now. I don’t know why. My chest has been hurting for several days. And today it’s pretty bad. I’m trying just to ignore the pain because if I go back to my doctor I’m worried he’s going to say to do revisions as soon as possible. And I’m not mentally prepared to go back into surgery right now.

I feel overwhelmed today. I have a lot on my plate and I don't know where to start. I've done a little here and a little there. Maybe it will all add up to something. Other than stressed out, I feel fine. I'm trying to distract myself and take breaks to do work.

I am strangely euphoric right now. My depression has been under control even with the bad news I heard on Meet The Press this morning. Maybe the split dose will help me get back to normality regarding my mental health. It’s been almost a year since I’ve been legit stable. A bit of it is because of Covid but I’d say 95% of what I’ve been feeling both mental health wise and physically can be traced back to my transition.

Lately I been feeling really down, hurt, and depressed again. Everything in the past month has been going down hill for me. Regardless of what I had done to make the day better.

My moods have started to dip as usual. But they are not terrible. Probably with my Geodon my moods will even out. Tomorrow I have therapy and I haven’t thought much of it in the last 24 hours. But I’m kind of getting nervous right now. Even though I didn’t do anything this week to warrant her getting pissed or concerned. I followed the safety plan all week and worked through my urges when I’d normally give in. I think the safety plan helped a lot.

I wasn't feeling well earlier. But then my cat started playing in this box that was on its side. It made me laugh and now I'm doing better. Cat therapy!

I feel enourmously tired this day, not depressed, just tired.

I'm okay. I am feeling very low energy, including mood-wise. Its snowed all day here so maybe that's affected my mood. My stomach also bothered me this morning. Maybe I'm coming down with something. Hopefully not, but yeah.
