Today was a mix of both haha.

This morning was not the best start with me lashing out with my parents over cleaning my room, and just feeling overwhelmed. But by the noon hour they apologized for being pushy and I apologized for lashing out. And we hugged and all that sappy jazz.

sometimes watching and old cartoon from my childhood helps to cheer me up. Today I watched a few episodes of Phineas and Ferb one of my childhood favorites. After rewatching it on Disney plus It's actually a pretty smart show and it made me feel a little bit better.

I have such a **** sunday

eat, drink, go to toilet... that's me.

Possible trigger:

I wouldn't even be awake, just can't sleep and can't find a way out

Not much of a morning so far, but that's alright with me. Lately I haven't been sleeping very well, but right now I don't feel very tired. I just did some light errands this morning because I forgot a couple of things at the store yesterday ("DUMMY!"

).

For some strange reason I don't quite have the depressive feelings like I had for quite a while on Sunday mornings. I don't feel that intensive dread of going back to work like I did before, so that's kind of nice. But I'm scared about the life-changing future that's possibly facing me now.

I'm so sorry for the previous posters on here who are going through some rough times right now. I hope it gets better for you all soon.

My hearing disability is causing me to feel very depressed because of what I can’t do or am not allowed to do.

The weekend is over now. It was very busy but dull socially. I didn't hear from anyone over the last two days. Felt like I had too much time to myself on the entire weekend.

Not much going on today at work, but that's to be expected. It's going to be even less busy in upcoming days as the small staff at work now are going to be leaving soon. I'm still not clear as to what's going to happen to me.

This morning got off to a rough start. I felt a muscle strain in my chest when all I did was to pour water to make coffee. Isn't that silly? And when I got to work, I felt like I made a fool out of myself with my manager as I misread an email. After that I was expecting a phone appointment from a doctor and miss connecting with him. But later on, we connect and it turned out great.

Worked out after work and then when I prepared dinner, I had a minor accident as I got some hot water on me. Very little, but it hurt. I got a little on my right wrist and right leg.

I feel off this morning. I have an issue that has me feeling lonely and trapped. It makes me sad and self-conscious. I have no clue what to do about it and I can't even discuss it with my therapist. I'll google what to do.

Good luck with this issue, Deilla. It's a learning thing, & it's like a mission, searching for the answer. While your google search leads you through various sites, you will be enlightened in ways you didn't expect. And you'll finally reach the answer you were looking for.

Thank you! What I found on Google helped me. I watched some YouTube videos and everyone suggested I could speak with my online therapist about it. So I did. I think it went well. I feel a little better.

...and I am now back up again. I accept I have an acute emotional issue. I don’t care how embarrassing it is, and am addressing and acknowledging it with my family (husband and kids). This back/forth swinging has to get under control. I am working on myself.

I was all set to separate and only one hour later did an about face! The waters are so turbulent, I’m seasick!

Much love and thanks to all here for your constant support. Although I am deeply ashamed of myself for this behavior, I also know that I am only human and we are helping ourselves and each other here.

I'm doing well today. I'm seeing my stylist today. I haven't been there in 9 months. So this will be a special day for me. I'm excited about having my hair done professionally.
