I'm taking the day off today from work. I called in sick very early this morning. I didn't sleep well because of pains from the accident yesterday. I wasn't up for going to work today. I felt guilty for not going in. There was supposed to be a Skype meeting within my team this morning, but the manager put it off because I was not going to be at work. I had asked if I could participate by phone, since I don't have Skype. Well, anyways, I wasn't crazy about the meeting but it should be re-scheduled.

Since I didn't sleep well, I was feeling very depressed, anxious, and angry about the accident in the middle of the night. It was like, "why did it have to happen?".

Feeling tired this morning but the pains seem to be subsiding. I think that they will all go away, but it will take some time. Very nice day outside as it's totally clear and in the low 70s. I went to a couple of stores to pick up a few things that I didn't get over the weekend.

My cats are stressing me out today. They're not eating their wet food. My little cat won't take her meds. She knocked a good coffee cup on the floor this morning. It shattered. They're just driving me crazy. I need a break from them. Hopefully, they sleep soon.

My depression hasn’t been too bad today. My last therapy session is tomorrow and I’ve been kinda like “whatever” all day. I actually thought my mom was on the phone with the new one when usually I’d assume it was the other one. It turned out to be the lawyer for the house. But I think I may be feeling my afternoon euphoria. I didn’t feel it yesterday.

I did take Tylenol 1.5 hours ago. And a Pepcid 30 minutes ago. So I’m not feeling much pain. Could be why I’m in a good mood right now.

I'm in trouble. I got in a rut that I've stayed in most of the day for too many days.

I'll try upping the amitriptyline. I think it's going to take more than that . . . like me exerting some effort . . . which is the problem.

I kinda want to go to the hospital right now. I don’t even know what’s wrong. I’m just really overwhelmed and I’m thinking of the laundry I have to do and how I don’t want to go to sleep, I want to read, but I’m tired.

Went back to work today after being off yesterday. It was pretty busy. I still have soreness from the accident on Sunday but it seems to be going down. It's still there and not making it ideal for sleeping.
