started the morning with pancakes. they were delicious. swapped out my bedding for fresh sheets and blankets. going to spend time away from chores but lightly dusted and polished my radio, humidifier and windowsills. Hoping for warmer weather tomorrow.

I need a day off, so I'm doing zero work today. I think I will stay in my PJ's all day and eat comfort food.

I do all this stuff to help my mental health and then I feel so bored and somewhat bad at the end of the day. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

It was a very slow at work today. From the last hour at work up to right now I've been on a roll of one thing after another of disappointments.

Some little thing happened at work at the last hour that got me upset. And then I got a call from the doctor's office at home, leaving me a message, instead of at work which I preferred. As it turns out, I got a suggestion by email from the doctor that I was disappointed with.

I worked out and then my dinner wasn't great. After that my friend didn't want to talk very long and he started with politics that I don't agree with.

I hope I can sleep well tonight because I'm not feeling that great emotionally.

I have been struggling lately. But I've had some successes, too. I finally got myself to the store yesterday for things I needed. And I learned something new.

Getting enough sleep but cranky about waking up before I need to. My dog is holding on to a bad attitude which kinda hurts my self-esteem. I feel like we are constantly surrounded by negative energy, and this transfers to me and effects me when I’m out of the house.

I swear it’s just this one particular issue that’s depressing me. Covid, my move, are not getting to me today. But this one issue is driving me insane and I can’t take care of it for another few days.

Can literally see the ceiling collapsing on me. I wish this was my imagination. The person above me feels way to close and I believe she is vengeful.
