I when I was in the Marines I got a 3x5 card box and cards. I wrote about 100 inspirational quotes on them and read through them every day. Then years later as a psychiatric counselor I wrote a quote a day on a dry erase board on the patient’s unit. I found they gave hope, motivation, words of wisdom and over all had a positive effect on myself and the patients . Now I read every positive, uplifting, hope filled thing I can find. Great thoughts planted in us grow to enormous potential for doing great things in my opinion
