.....................

TRIGGER WARNING

oops... I couldn't resist this picture

I deleted my ''whine''...

However if it is not acceptable to ''whine'' here ... where is it? Frankly, there is little difference between a judged ''whine'' and a vent.

Is it better to ''whine'' than to exit?

Debatable... maybe

(not about anyone on pc)

Any value?

Hugs are so valuable. Hugging a supportive person fills one with warmth and strength and positive emotion.

I have found those that try to put others down are trying to cover up their issues and push their weakness onto others.

A hug can brighten the toughest of days.

Thanks for your reply, that was my original question. Is there any value in hugs.

And I wrote briefly about a ''person'' (an abuser) who informed me that my only ''value'' was in giving hugs. He was one of the nastiest of the (many) abusers I crossed paths with A slimy little man

hugs and respect

I tend to agree with your comment about people trying to cover up their own issues

I remember when I was briefly on fb, it made me sick how many people were actually just showing really positive, nice pictures, and posting statuses that seemed to suggest their life is completely fine.

sure sure..

that's one thing I'm glad of- I don't use FB anymore

I don’t like hugs much, but yes, they are valuable to so many! That man’s opinion of you wasn’t factual, anyway. You’ve got a lot more of value to share with others than just hugs, Fuzzy.

Once upon a time, in what seems another life long ago, a person of significant skill and position (nothing in the medical or mental health fields) told me of the positive value of whining. I don't remember the details of what he said, but at the time it made sense to me.

At the very least, whatever "whining" may be, it is multidimensional. It may annoy, but that's not all it is or does.

I told someone else in pain they are not a ''whiner''

People enjoy telling me I'm a ''whiner''

I will not say what I think of them

Except yes, as the other person said, they are haters

Any value?

Everyone has problems and we’re all entitled to complain now and again. Often it’s the only way to start getting something resolved!

Thank you dear Thirty shades for being here, for being true, authentic, kind and respectful. You make this world a brighter place. Thank you for being kind and true despite the pain (that ''we all'' endure here :-( )

Thank you for not being a judgmental A hole, that is a rare quality in itself

I've been busy irl today, and last night was another grrr night..

It takes courage to share from the and to not intentionally violate people's boundaries (there are so many ways to violate boundaries subtle and not so subtle... it can add to the tiredness ''we all'' feel at times :-( )

It's soon feeding time here, salmon :-)

Hugs, love and respect to you and your inner cub, snake and goat

Much love to little turtle and Rohag too (and to all here)
