Is it true, that no one really cares about someone who is mentally ill?
Is it true, that no one will remember someone even they're dead? Is it true, that my suffering and pain is all a lie? Is it true, that the issue I have is all so easy to get fixed? Is it true, that peoples will insult and mock me from behind? Is it true, that people's kindness towards the ill is actually just an act? All this questions turned into yes when I was afraid of my cousin brother when he came to talk to me, even after when I tried to run away from him and climbed up top of 17 stories high roof... He came to me, saying no one cares about me anymore, anyways... I trusted him before, but... I don't know anymore... Was my pain all a lie? What did I suffered from then? Was all the supportive words from someone is a lie? Was I a liar? Even lying to myself? Last edited by Fensard; Oct 11, 2020 at 04:38 AM. |

People do care and your pain is real. I don't think everything is either true or false. There are some thoughts that are only partially true. There are some thoughts that we inaccurately believe are true because we are in pain and want an easy answer for why we have that pain.
Sorry you are feeling like this today. I hope it gets better for you soon. |
