Okay so I get really happy about something and than I get really bad depression and not like the way I dress/ put off types of food/Boredom

Is there anything specific that triggers this depression of yours or does it simply come and go without warning? i am So Sorry you have to put up with this. depression sucks!

I've been feeling similarly to you - I have these really bad mood swings lately. I'll be somewhat up and then I'll be way down.
