i am doing a panic program with michael norman...
i found it on u-tube...i am a very afraid person..

Could you share some of the other u-tube or other programs that have helped you little turtle? Only if you have time, I will try to look through some old posts. My time on the computer is limited. I have hardly been here for ages.

dear fuzzy....the most important one is LIFESTYLE MEDICINE....
i try to follow that way but it is very hard....but that is the best for me...
every person needs to figure out what works for them..
i send my love to all those on the bus...
