Sorry I was depressed and had anhedonia...so couldn't reply earlier.
At the time I was feeling that I m sinking, yet restless and whiny. My muscles were tense and aching as if someone was tearing them apart. My future seemed all black. I was feeling defeated and hopeless and overwhelmed.
