I am very depressed and too low on energy. I wish I had a little bit more energy and motivation. Can't get out of bed. So much needs to be done but the lack of energy and apathy/loss of interest in anything are holding me down.

Things must be really bad for you to feel this way.

Do you have anyone you can talk to safely? Do you have access to any kind of mental health services? IMO, if we are in traumatic circumstances for a long time, we can end up needing and accepting help to get out of it.

There is no one I can talk to, there is nowhere I can go for help, mental health services are inadequate here. I do see a pdoc but bc of the lockdown restrictions currently I can only go to the ER or see a doctor when I have covid. But even when I will be able to see the pdoc I am almost certain he won't be able to help me much...he may ignore my problems and think I am delusional and making up the whole thing and prescribe me a higher dosage of the anti-psychotic which will make me more depressed.

I overdosed on psych meds, but still sUrvived i was unconscious for one whole day. I was very,very depressed.

I pray that the us officials approve my going out to usa soon. Under the current circumstances I cannot adjust in India at all.

Still alive but living in hell every day
Still no word from the usa government.

Depressed, too low on energy, in physical pain, getting panic attacks and anxious about the future.

There are times when I feel terribly lonely and restless and panicky and that I can't go on any more.

I badly need to get out of here. Someone please help me.

Not well. Very depressed with low energy, feeling drowsy and no motivation. Plus physical pain. Feeling lonely. Still no word from the usa government. Why are they disowning me when they are taking in so many refugees some of whom may even be terrorists? I feel abandoned and worthless. Will help never arrive?

3 more months. Yet no word from the US government. I was expecting them to take me back to USA by this Dec 31. But they have not even cared to contact me. God please make something happen. I have been suffering a lot.
