Once people used to refer to me as a royal warrior and a fighter and now...I am a loser, an idiot, someone people can ridicule, I have no right to live in this world. I have no use in this world. I am worthless. I should die.

I'm physically very sick. Feeling dizzy, lightheaded and exhausted all the time. Plus strong nausea. The doctors suspect that the oxygen level in my brain is going down, not as much to cause death or coma, but enough to make me feel horribly sick.
Feeling physically sick all the time is taking a toll on my mental health as well.

Possible trigger:

I feel I can't go on any more. I wish I were dead.

I was in a lot of physical pain today. Was forced to take several painkillers as I was unable to tolerate the pain. Plus the oxygen in my brain dropped again which made me feel exhausted and drowsy. Now it is past 8pm here in India. Hope the rest of the day goes well.
Still feeling anxious about the future.
