I tried getting help and I'm told it's stress. About everyday I feel anxious and empty. I have a restless sleep with vivid dreams. I still keep busy with my job and a few activities. I just wish I knew what was going on. I never felt like this before.

Hello, Outdoorsman38.
Stress can cause lots of unwanted stuff, but there's more than "just stress" in the world and in ourselves. How did the people who told you "it's stress" arrive at that conclusion? Did they listen to you for any length of time? Did they have you fill out an assessment? Also, have you had a full medical (not psych) check recently?
