Has anyone gone through a loss of a loved one when you are already suffering from depression. I am in a dark place struggling to get out of bed. I do not even want to acknowledge the loss. I donot talk to anyone about this loss because then it feels real. I dont want to face it.

Dear pinkvilla,
I am so very, very sorry that you are suffering such a terrible ordeal. I did suffer the loss of someone so close to me while suffering a bad depression. It was an awful, awful time. Even now it is painful to think about. What you are going through is just beyond heartbreaking. Wish I knew what to say to ease your pain. My heart goes out to you! Sincerely yours, Yao Wen |

So Sorry for your Loss! i agree with the wise and wonderful Yaowen about being Sorry for what you're going through. Please do not give up as it can take time before things improve. Try to do something nice for yourself. Walk, eat, play, read, watch movies, anything at all that may clear your mind for a bit. Give yourself the right to be sad and to cry, there's nothing shameful in that. Crying can be liberating in my opinion! Again, i am so Sorry for what you're going through! Sorry if my post wasn't particularly Helpful but i wanted to send you my condolences nonetheless. Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @pinkvilla, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!
