I like to self-soothe by doing the following:

1. Deep breathing.
2. Cuddle with my cats.
3. Meditation
4. Watch music videos.
5. Listen to rain sounds.

How about you?

acting like a child

it could be singing a nursery ryme, it could be watching a cartoon, it could be doing animal sounds, drinking from my bottle, kid things. it really helps

I like wearing perfume too. Or putting on nice smelling lotion. I have a citrus lotion that is my favorite.

i mostly just watch some movies or spend some time on the internet! Thank you so much for making this thread in that it will Hopefully provide some coping methods to other people who may Need them!
