I like to self-soothe by doing the following:
1. Deep breathing. 2. Cuddle with my cats. 3. Meditation 4. Watch music videos. 5. Listen to rain sounds. How about you?

it could be singing a nursery ryme, it could be watching a cartoon, it could be doing animal sounds, drinking from my bottle, kid things. it really helps |

I like wearing perfume too. Or putting on nice smelling lotion. I have a citrus lotion that is my favorite.
