We have a social worker coming out tomorrow to discuss options about my brother’s care. I have my hands full with mother and brother and I need some help. Today I enjoyed the pool for several hours, made some Taco soup and am getting things ready for tomorrow’s meeting.

1. Straighten house
2. Zoom meeting
3. Handle brother’s business affairs

Yesterday, I was able to get a shower. Today, I will:

1. Go for a drive.
2. Clean litter boxes.
3. Vacuum my floor.

1 out of three for me. No exercise, no task review. I did finally start my homework and immediately saw why I was delaying. Need to wrap that up today.

I was able to go on a drive this morning and I cleaned the litter boxes. I'm too tired to vacuum. Maybe some other day. Tomorrow, I have more litter boxes to clean. This afternoon, I have therapy. I hope everyone is having a good day today!

1. Finish and submit my homework
2. Virtual meeting this afternoon
3. In person meeting tonight.

Pest control came by today. I also took my trash out. I didn't have time for litter boxes. I'm too tired now. I was sick this morning. I will take care of the litter boxes tomorrow. And I have to wash dishes. I hope everyone has a good day.

I’m about to head out to run a bunch of errands for my brother. While I’m out, I’ll make several calls on his behalf. I have a dermatology appointment and a therapy appointment today as well. Finally, I will clean the kitchen, make dinner and cut up that juicy looking watermelon. I have spent several glorious hours over the past 3 days floating on cloudless, sunny days. Very stress relieving. I’ll have to take up knitting once the pool closes .

I hope everyone has a peaceful day.

I got everything done yesterday. Angst gone. Next major deadline is two weeks away so I can relax a bit.

Well, I reached those two goals and I have rested. Time to move on.

Plans for tomorrow:

- Walk at least 20 minutes.
- Shower.
- Read about CBT.
- Fill dishwasher
- Use washing-machine.
. Give my feet a massage
- Remember to cook dinner at a reasonable time.
- Office.

May you all feel that what you are able to do is OK (either little or much)!

I washed dishes, took care of the litter boxes, went through my mail and handle some stressful situations this morning. Tomorrow, I want to go on a drive again. I'll go around 9 am when there's no traffic. I hope everyone has a good Friday!

re-ordered the lion king dvd as the one I ordered doesn't work in my player. I have prime, so it should be here by tomorrow

- ate a decent meal, my first proper one for a few days (I was in hospital and the food their is so ugg)

This has been a week of days that don't go to plan but in a good way. Yesterday a friend asked if I wanted some veggies from her garden. I came home with about forty pounds of produce that I need to do something with today. I also met someone new.

1. Cook - but this will involve sorting out what I have, choosing recipes, and probably running to a store for ingredients.

2. Draft plan and email.

Going to leave it at that because just the cooking could be an all day event.

I had a wonderful walk in the sunshine this morning. I have read about CBT (repetition), filled the dishwasher and made dinner at a reasonable time. I did not have time to go to my office today (more to do another day) and I completely forgot about putting the washing machine to work.

Plans for tomorrow :

- Shower immediately after breakfast.
- Physical exercises and relaxation.
- Visit grocery store.
- Office.

Today want to:
1. Wash dishes
2. Mow the lawn in front yard , trim back plants in the front and back yard
3. Send belated birthday cards
4. Make a few phone calls to set up PT appointment since changed clinic , and phone call to have trees cut down and/or trimmed
5. Rest, nap
6. Bonus, if also try to start using new lap top

For the weekend complete tasks not done on today’s list.

Today I floated for a couple of hours, went out and got a lightweight transport chair for my brother and took him to his doctor’s appointment. I bought dinner on the way home and that’s it for me physically. I’m planning on doing some inner work tonight and clearing out of my emails. Tomorrow:

1. Clean house
2. Meet with sister and bil
3. Float
4. Inner work

I hope everyone has a peaceful weekend.

All I did was cook yesterday and this morning I will continue. I have everything I need to finish the recipes I started.


1. Clear off workspaces.
2. Dishes
3. Finish cooking.
4. Attend outdoor event.

I will have the house to myself for about 8 hours today. I hope to have all my cooking and chores done before then so I can focus on some of my writing projects.
