Good luck with quitting! Sleeping and walking and not thinking about it helped when I quit smoking. It took me a few tries. Take good care of yourself!
Yesterday was a good day. I have fewer hours to work today but am eager to get started. 1. Portfolio - finish the task I started yesterday. 2. Trip planning 3. Use my task list. |

I have had a good time and followed my plans almost every day (healthy food, ordinary work, house work, physical- and relaxation exercises, social life)
A few days ago something happened that dragged me out of my good routines, I have done too much physical training as well. That has contributed to my tiredness. It is time to make my plans online to prevent a relapse. Plans for to morrow : - Up early - Rest a bit after breakfast - Fill dishwasher and put it to work - Make the trash ready to be carried out later - Dust living room and wash surfaces - Mend a jacket - Write a grocery list - Visit grocery store and in addition get my watch repaired - All work shall be finished before six in the afternoon I wish everyone on the thread a good Saturday! |

Yesterday started off great but ended in frustration. This morning I am meeting a friend for a walk. I will have alone time this afternoon for focused work.
1. Continue yesterday's task. Making great progress with something that doesn't come naturally. 2. Catch up on emails. 3. Use my task list. |

I’ve been covered up for a few days going from crisis to crisis. Things have calmed down now so I can get some stuff done. I found a pretty, secluded spot by a creek and I’ve been going there each morning for reflection and replenishment. It’s peaceful. In any event:
1. Make sure brother has accurate med list 2. Complete therapy homework 3. Visit with nephew 4. Work on den 5. Call daughter 6. Practice yoga 7. Business affairs I hope everyone has a peaceful Saturday. |

I wish everybody a good weekend! |

I did a lot of housework today. I need to finish washing dishes. And then I will relax. I hope everyone is well.

I'm stuck on the thing that doesn't come naturally to me and at a point where I need to decide if I should continue or drop it for now. Leaning towards dropping it because I have enough information now to move me forward and the rest I just want to do because I am annoyed I don't know how to do it!
Thinking about taking the day off. I have a book I need to return to the library that I haven't finished reading, so maybe I will do that or work in the yard. I would like to limit my computer and phone time today. |

I haven't done much today. I mainly slept and played games. I don't feel like doing anything. I will just rest today. I hope everyone has a good Sunday!

Yesterday was a nice break. We went on a little trip, got some hiking in, found a better than usual place for lunch. I'm inclined to give the computer a bit of a rest today as well. It's supposed to be nice out and I've badly neglected yard work this year. This house is also in a disaster state. Maybe I can cycle through these today. I do not have any other commitments.
1. Portfolio 2. Yard work 3. Cleaning |

I prepared a couple of meals this morning. I'm wanting to take my trash out but it's raining. I'm hoping for a break in the rain soon. I hope everyone has a good Monday!

This has not been a good day. I will try to go on tomorrow while finding a balance between rest and activity!
Plans for tomorrow: - Some rest after breakfast. - Physical exercises and relaxation exercises. - Food. - Write a grocery list. - Visit the grocery store. - Rest and food. - Wash the floor in the living room. - Make a to do list for the rest of the day. I send my best wishes for everybody on the thread! |

I spent about five minutes in the yard, but I suppose even that counts. I went for a two hour walk instead of doing yard work. The outdoor exercise is good for me but was it the best choice? I don't know.
A blank slate today with no commitments. I had several important breakthroughs yesterday and will probably continue along the same path today. 1. Portfolio: finish the ugh thing and continue with the fun thing. 2. Contest entry? There is a writing contest I've wanted to enter for years. The deadline is in seven days. I am not sure if I should try to prepare an entry or skip it. 3. Yard work. after today, we're getting a lot of rain so this is a good time to do some work. |

Since I am already in, I can use a moment to tell how my day has been: Everything went well until after the physical exercises. I forgot to do the relaxation exercises and sat down and read about symptoms like my own (repeat what to do with them). After that I lost track ... Nice, reading about how to go on and then stop going on. It's OK, but my floor in the living room still needs a wash. I will soon visit the grocery shop and then take the rest of the day off.
Plans for tomorrow: - A little rest after breakfast (my blood glucose needs it). - Physical exercises. - Wash the floor in the living room. - Decide what to do next. Am sending good thoughts to everyone on the thread! |

I have 3 appointments for my brother today (they will take little time and one is telehealth) and I’m working on getting his med list correct. When you have 6 doctors prescribing meds and they don’t talk to each other it gets complicated. I almost have it straightened out and then we can go to pill packs which will be a tremendous help. I have some housework to do and I hope to take a relaxing walk in the park and sit by the creek. Finally, I will fit in some inner work. The church will bring us a meal tonight so that will be nice.
I hope everyone has a good day! |

Yesterday was great. Not quite according to plan, but I felt accomplished. Hoping for more of the same today.

I did not make it this day either. I think that the problems that have bothered me the last days are partly spiritual, partly about being afraid of not being good enough and partly that I still am afraid to use public transport. I am vaccinated, but my lungs are not good, so even if vaccinated the Delta variant may be too hard for me. I feel that I meet too few people; even if it is better now than before my vaccination.
I have looked into it all and have come to the conclusion that I should try reach my Church next week and contact the friends I used to go hiking with before corona. That means public transport, but I will use a mask and pray first. I hope I dare to do it! I need to work as well, but will take it easy until I don't feel overwhelmed. I need to believe that I can do this and come back on track again! Plans for tomorrow: - Shower at nine am. - Food when reading about learning theories. - Gym. - Food and rest after the gym. - Wash the floor in the living room! - Decide what to do next. I wish everybody a good Thursday! |

Finding the balance between seeing people and minimizing Covid exposure is tricky. I hope you find a way to see people that works for you!
I'm not sure what happened yesterday. I started off okay but by 9:30 the day had devolved into 'unnecessary errands.' I visited four stores looking for one ingredient I needed for dinner. Never found it but I wasted a lot of time finding other things. I did some chores but did not scrub the kitchen. I did work on my portfolio and went for a walk. I have some commitments today and less time to waste. 1. Meet friend for walk. 2. Review reading assignment before meeting this afternoon. 3. Portfolio 4. Update task list and use it. 2 out of four for me. Yesterday was a social day. A walk in the morning with one friend and a hike in the afternoon with someone else with a Zoom meeting at lunch where I met a lot of new people. This morning I will pick up my new phone but the rest of the day is a blank slate. I kind of hate choosing something to do now and wrecking that feeling.
1. Pick up phone. 2. Clean house. 3. Get something done on the portfolio. |
