Woke up before 3 and decided to stay up instead of going back to bed. I will regret this. I have a class and then a family thing tonight that I am already dreading. Today I plan to

a) use my lists to stay on track.
b) continue with work from yesterday.
c) start homework even if I only spend five minutes on it.

I am still depressed. The feeling down is not so deep for now, but I need a lot of sleep.

Plans for today:

- Some food.
- Empty the dishwasher and fill it again.
- Put the hover-machine to work while I study my anti-depressant tools.
- Call doctor's office
- Make dinner.
- Relax with TV.
- Visit pharmacy and grocery shop
- Dust the living-room and entrance

I hope that you all feel well!

I have had visitors (family) today, so I have not done much in the house. Still tired, but hopeful and tomorrow there is a new day.

Plans for tomorrow
:

- Gym after my little "breakfast rest"
- Self-hypnosis
- Some food
- Hygiene
- A short walk outside for 20 minutes
- Let the hover machine work while I repeat my anti-depressant notes.
- Lunch at a café.
- Visit Pharmacy and grocery shop
- Make dinner
- Rest after dinner
- Take it easy for the rest of the day

I send my best wishes for the health of everybody and wish you good luck with your to do lists!

Today I've done self-care, pet-care and housework. I've also played games. It's been a productive day. I set up some medical appointments. So I'll be busy for the next few weeks. I hope everyone is well.

I did my reading but am at a real loss for the assignment itself. What I planned to do doesn't really meet the requirements, but I don't have an alternative topic and even if I did, I don't have enough time to do the work.

1. Locate and clean cat puke before I forget and step in it.
2. Task list - update and use it.

3. At least ten minutes on my assignment.
4. Order oil and make a decision about whether or not to lock in now.

I have not been able to do much, but I am so grateful for every little bit I was able to do! My depression is going away, but not in a hurry.

The only items I did not meet was not going to the Pharmacy and I did not fill the dishwasher either. I forgot about putting the hover machine to work, but I did go for a walk, did physical exercises and did self- hypnosis afterward, visited the grocery shop, ate lunch at a cafe, made dinner and gave myself the necessary rest.

Plans for to tomorrow:

-Fill dishwasher
- Shower
- Put dishwasher to work.
- Visit pharmacy and grocery shop
- Put hover machine to work while reading my antidepressant notes
- Relax and try to have a so good as possible evening (when still in depression).

I wish everybody a good and hopefully relaxed weekend!

Yesterday wasn't the best day for me. I felt low energy. I am not even sure what I did. I did not work on my assignment or look at my task list. Isn't it weird how some days, the time just disappears? I really have no idea what I did...

I have a six hour seminar today. My goals today will be light so I can focus on getting as much as I can out of that.
1. Prepare question list.
2. Shower
3. Laundry
4. Make a list of possible writing topics.

No, it is part of depression! I have it like that today. Times runs away, and I cannot feel it. I am praying though, and may be that is the best I can do. That means that I am not focusing on the depression and don't fill my head with stupid thoughts about that I am not good enough.

I need to take it easy today, because so it is to be me with depression today. I will go out for pharmacy and to buy groceries in a few minutes. I have used hours to feel motivated to do so, but I am relaxed (have accepted that so it is for the time being) ...

Have a continued good weekend!

Is it really part of depression?? I never knew that! I find myself wanting to go to bed earlier and earlier each night and suspect that's linked. I am not sure how to break that habit. I feel tired, it's dark, I have 'nothing left to do,' which is never really true, so I get into bed with my phone and fall asleep reading. I'm glad you've found something to take your mind off the lousy thoughts.

I am not sure about today. I have been very work focused to the detriment of my husband and will probably take the day off to focus on spending time with him. While he is otherwise occupied, I need to move some projects forward, including the homework I haven't started... though it's tempting to leave that until he goes back to the office.
1. Quality time with husband.
2. Some work on the tedious task.
3. Read a fun book.

Yes, it has been found that depressed persons have problems with time perception. I have noticed that myself, that hours can pass without me noticing it. Sleepiness is another sign of depression. For the time being I need a big amount of sleep and accept that so it is. It will pass.

If you feel that your depression is becoming worse, may be you should make an appointment with your GP.

Not much of a Sunday! I have felt sleepy the whole day. The only thing I have managed is to take a shower, follow a sermon at TV, use Netflix and try to eat something. For a not depressed person this may seem as almost nothing. For me it was great to be able to do these things. I am happy that it goes most in tiredness and that I am able to keep the usually depressed thoughts about unworthiness out of my way.

For tomorrow I will not make any other goals then to fill the dishwasher and take out trash. I hope I am able to overcome that.

I wish everybody a good and not overdoing Monday!

Tomorrow I’m going on a much needed and well deserved vacation until the 24th. I’ve been so fatigued lately and have no motivation to pack. That’s my goal for today: to get packed and ready to go. Tomorrow’s goal: leave early in the morning so as to miss traffic.

I hope everyone has a peaceful week ahead.

Have a great time, Jennifer!

Not sure what is on tap for today. I have a long list and know I can't do it all but am not sure which to choose. I already did the most onerous task and think I will move on to a physical chore.

1. Start homework, really! I am going to name a time, 11 AM, so I can hold myself to this.

2. Yard work
3. Paper pile

I sort of did my paper pile and started my homework. I did not do any yard work. Right now I am fighting the urge to go to bed too early so I thought I'd post three small tasks to get done instead of going to bed.
1. Put away dishes.
2. Start laundry.
3. Clear off chair.

Posting the small tasks did the trick. I stayed up later than usual and stayed off the phone that much longer. Overall yesterday was quite productive. Today I have two meetings, one of which feels like a 'have to.' That one is optional, so I may skip it. I need to shift gears and prioritize my homework even though I don't want to.

1. Meeting
2. Reading assignment for Thursday.
3. Homework

I got my reading done and went to both meetings. I did not prioritize my homework. Will I today? I am running out of time so I really need to. On the other hand, this class is not particularly enriching and it seems reasonable to focus on other priorities.

1. Homework.
2. Exercise.
3. Ten ticks on my tedious task.

I've been ill. Today I will shower and wash dishes. Tomorrow I will go for a Covid test. Also today, I have a therapy appointment (telehealth). I hope all of you are well.

I am still struggling. I am not so sure this is depression, may be more like "going into a cave" like a bear in the winter. To be honest I feel that this "cave-in" do me good, as if I need a rest from everything and do it this way (no money to go on vacation now).

I eat and sleep well.

I have made a few plans for tomorrow:

- Up at usual time.
- Breakfast.
- Some rest.
- Shower
- Food
- Gym
- Thinking time about how to go on with life in a manageable tact.

Good wishes to all!
