The sun sounds wonderful. I'm checking in mid-day to see if I can get on task. I've already had a full day.
- thank you note - writing, even if just 15 minutes - read books and integrate info - start on assignment due Tuesday - make dinner |

Yesterday I rested much. I hovered a bit by hand and was at the Gym. I ate well an I have slept well.
Today I have used a good portion of time with the newspapers. I will soon do some dusting in the living room, then go shopping. I will put the dishwasher to work while home again. That's all for today. I think this slow progress is good for my mental stability, keeping the depression at a manageable level. It is also helping to try to be grateful for the smallest "things", that I have food when people in other countries are starving. That I have a home, when many people are living at the street in the cold winter and so on ... I send good wishes for everyone's weekend! |

I had two meetings scheduled today, but one was just canceled. This leaves my morning free and clear. I had an interview yesterday with someone who was very open and have been thinking about that quite a bit. I am going to tweak my resume for this kind of work based on something she said. Whether I get the job or not, I want to stay in touch with her and I hope she is open to that.
As usual, I feel torn in a million directions today. - continue work on assignment due next week - keep pushing forward on other project - set clear goals for other project - meeting this afternoon - review library books currently checked out - walk to library after lunch - clean - water everything Is it better to list just our top three priorities? Watering everything will take me ten minutes but I can't let it slip again if I want my plants to live! Off to do that now. |

Checking in mid-day again. The assignment for next week is just about done. I've set goals for my other project. I reviewed my library books, did some cleaning, and watered everything. I will leave for the library shortly. I am trying to work on my other project but just feel stuck. There's no element of it that I want to work on. I am trying to focus on wrapping up just one small piece.

I was able to run some small errands this morning that I’d not been able to do for several days. This is a good sign. I have also been enjoying the full sun on this Spring like day. That helps a lot. I’m feeling a bit better but am taking things slowly, casually and one at a time. I have some fun things coming up. Tomorrow a Christmas concert with a friend and Sunday an event to make Christmas ornaments for the house. A drum circle, more concerts and the Symphony are coming up as well. Lots to look forward to. For today, I am focused on my den and my finances. I will take the trash out as well.
I wish everyone well. I hope everyone has an enjoyable weekend. |

I feel so sad! Appointments are cancelled because of Corona. I have problems with seeing a light in the tunnel. Will try to cope more!
Best wishes! |

I ticked everything off my list but still don't feel like I got much done. I think the chaotic state of the house is getting to me on top of the short, cold days. I'm hesitant to commit to anything. I may get some alone time this afternoon that I can use for work.
- use my lists - clean - work on project |

I’ve had several hours of a stomach bug or food poisoning that started around 2:00 a.m. Truly awful. I am shaky but I think I’m coming through it. The maid was going to come today to decorate for Christmas and clean house but can’t now. That’s too bad. I don’t know if I’ll be able to go to the Christmas concert tonight and out to eat. I’m going to try to get up and get moving soon. Still working on my den and finances. I had the house to myself all day yesterday. I worked on goals, dreams and plans. It was lovely. A nice break.
I hope everybody has a peaceful day. |

I’m physically ill today. I acknowledge and accept that now. I will rest today and work on replacing my electrolytes. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Rest and recovery will be my accomplishment for the day.
I wish everyone a peaceful weekend. |

Jennifer, I hope you are feeling better today. That does not sound like a fun way to spend the weekend at all and I'm sorry you are missing those events.
Yesterday seems like a distant memory and I have no idea now what I did. Two spontaneous cooking projects, a hike, some shopping. No writing. Perhaps today I will have some time alone to work on my project. I did set up an area that will be more private so even if I am not alone, I have a workspace where it will be less convenient to interrupt me. We'll see how that goes. I signed up for a month of a streaming service so we could watch a new show and I've spent more time than usual watching tv. I am not sure about today either. Part of me just wants to take this month off. I will keep it simple. - dishes - clean cat area - comprehensive list review and update |

Thank you, I do feel better today but I’ve lost some of my holiday cheer. I’m going to that event today where we make ornaments although I don’t want to. Hopefully, I’ll have fun and get back in the Holiday mood.
I need to grocery shop on my way back and I’m going to work on my finances and den since I had to temporarily put that aside. I hope everyone has a peaceful day. |

I caught up on dishes but then made more!
I'm not sure what is going on, but I still feel scattered and unfocused. The task list I put together for today is pretty unrealistic and I've already found myself distracted from the tasks I've set out to do. My priorities today are - exercise - submit assignment - writing project |

I made some taco soup yesterday, worked on my finances and had the first appointment. It was necessary for the dermatologist and lab work to be put off until today as I was still recovering. The dermatologist is at 8:15 which is extra early for me. I do much better with afternoon appointments although I’m a morning person. After the lab, I have to go by another doctor’s office for some samples and then it’s back home after some raspberry tea. I made a huge dent in my finances and I’ll finish up today and work some more on the den. I should be able to finish the den today.
I hope everyone has a peaceful day. |

@GoGo2 I hope you've found some light.
I keep going off on tangents lately. Today will have more structure due to several scheduled activities. - exercise - errands - project |

@GoGo2 Thinking of you
I still need to do my lab work, get an elbow injection and then pick up some samples from one of my doctors. I’ll do that Wednesday. I’ll also continue working on my den. I’m making good progress. I hope everyone has a peaceful day. |

I exercised, did errands, and worked a bit on my project.
More errands and appointments today, all clustered in the afternoon. I will have some time alone tonight to work on my project but would also like to work on it this morning. Continuing with the unfocused feelings and wonder if they could be connected to SAD? I am moving along, it just doesn't feel like it. 1. Project 2. Cooking 3. Filing |

I got some exercise in that I wasn't planning on, sorted a pile even if I didn't file anything, and worked a bit on my project. I have another cluster of events this afternoon. Before then, I will
-exercise -work on my project -do some chores |

I frustrate myself when I need to get something done and schedule it and don’t get it done. I’ve been doing chores this morning. I took the trash to the road and saw a truly gorgeous sunrise. I did not get my labs done or the elbow injection. It doesn’t matter why. I failed to get it done. I will continue chores for today and be at the doctors office at 8:00 am tomorrow for labs. The next availability for an injection is 12/21. Painful waiting. My responsibility.
I hope everyone has a peaceful day. |
