Listening to songs that have been meaningful to me does help at times.
Most recently (I think  ) I listened to "If All the Birds...".
__________________ My dog  mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.

I love "Try Everything" from the animated film Zootopia, sung by Shakira. I saw the movie many times in the theater & when I would leave the theater I felt so uplifted by the music that was still inside me. Of course I bought the movie soon as I could. There's a bonus with it showing Shakira singing it, interspersed with scenes from the movie (which is about a girl bunny who always dreamed of being a helpful cop.) The end credits is a concert with the song & all the movie's characters are there.

A couple that get to me are Halls, and Black and White Movies. Both by Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness. I’m one of those people that listen to songs that make me emotional in order to make me even more emotional.
