what are your goals for the day. did you get them done?

mine are

- to not drink so much soda (so far today I've not had any)

- sort out my fridge and throw away out of date stuff (yes.)

- get dressed (yes)

to eat a deecent meal that doesn't leave me hungry (not sure what I got yet.)
