what are your goals for the day. did you get them done?
mine are - to not drink so much soda (so far today I've not had any) - sort out my fridge and throw away out of date stuff (yes.) - get dressed (yes) to eat a deecent meal that doesn't leave me hungry (not sure what I got yet.) |

My only goals were to clean myself up as usual, do my normal everyday housekeeping chores, and to sweep the garage floor which I do every Wednesday. I ought to think about mixing up a bread dough as well. But, somehow, that just seems to be something I manage to avoid lately.

Today's goals:
1. Finish my drawing for my second job. 2. Do my dance workout. 3. Take a shower and organize my closet. 4. Take care of my pets. 5. Prepare dinner and get ready for evening work. Done: 1. Morning work. 2. Tried not to eat too much for lunch. |

get dressed (yes)
online shopping order (yes) access the forum (doing it now!) try not to have too much soda (I only had 1 lot today so far) check in with my friend from america (not yet) have something good for dinner (not yet) |

main goal today is to find a crime show I really wanted to see, but couldn't because my tv signal was affected by the weather
oh: and avoid any talk of the football. I really don't care who wins the final later |

I set goals for myself every day but hardly ever fulfill them, usually due to lack of energy. Today my goals for the day are very clear in my mind, but I feel sad because I'm afraid I'm going to let myself down again.

I recently focused on 3 goals that were very important. I have fulfilled 2 of them. The one I didn't fulfill was a very disappointing let-down, so I'm having trouble not forgiving myself.

my 2 goals for today are to find a new battery for my fan (which I havon't done), and to try and have a better day than yesterday- but I have a stomach ache and that one's not really working either.

I am doing rubbish at my daily goals. If i have too many, i get overwhelmed and accomplish nothing. I used to be extremely goal-oriented, then something broke in me.
