Listening to songs that have been meaningful to me does help at times.
Most recently (I think  ) I listened to "If All the Birds...".

My dog  mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.

I love "Try Everything" from the animated film Zootopia, sung by Shakira. I saw the movie many times in the theater & when I would leave the theater I felt so uplifted by the music that was still inside me. Of course I bought the movie soon as I could. There's a bonus with it showing Shakira singing it, interspersed with scenes from the movie (which is about a girl bunny who always dreamed of being a helpful cop.) The end credits is a concert with the song & all the movie's characters are there.

One of those songs that are sad and scary... second time today. Papa bear is not ''here''... I wish I could ''enjoy'' the TV. I do NOT like the TV, i have to stay away

I've been listening to "Sunspot" by Of the Wand and the Moon.
I've been listening to it over and over because it reminds me of my last manic episode. It was basically the soundtrack of my manic episode. I've been in a depressive episode for months now and hearing that song helps me remember the happy euphoria I felt while manic
