I am not being able to get out of bed before evening, sleeping more than 16 hours every day. Can't get out of bed to exercise or get a pdoc appointment. I feel frustrated and hopeless.
Please help.

A lot of people would say, have you taken your meds... What a small statement. Instead I want to challenge you, if you stopped saying to yourself that I can't get out of bed, what would you do if you could do anything??? And had all the money in the world, to do what you want?

Think about it, when we say we can't, what happens to us?
