I've had some nice things happen today and I've had some bad things. I'm trying to stay positive.

Expected disappointment, but still felt disappointment when the expected setback occurred. No real silver lining.

I'm very upset. I can't stop thinking about the bad situation. I feel angry and hurt. I think it might be because I didn't have my nicotine patch on. Putting one on helped some. But I'm still very upset. I almost want to start vaping again. All I can do is go to bed.

I feel okay today. I've been playing games and getting chores done. I went through my morning routine so now I can relax. I did a small project this morning and put it on YouTube. So today is going well.

I feel really bad because I feel down when I shouldn’t be feeling depressed. I listen to a self help video watch two movies and went for a walk today. I’m still feeling depressed today.

Today was a dull day. Nothing much happened. The only event that happened all day was making my spaghetti sauce that should last me a month. I just took a one hour bike ride at the end of the day because it was so hot today.

Feeling very depressed lately. Maybe it's because of the heat. I tend to feel depressed when it gets hot.

I feel very depressed. It's late. The day is over. There's nothing else to do. No one to talk to. The only thing that is left is sleep.

Felt depressed today. I decided to call my sister this morning. I was ended up sorry that I did. She made some remarks that were not very nice. Unfortunately, that's all I have in my life for now. Just her and my only friend; and they are both critical. I wish I could replace them but I'm not able to.

Also I'm feeling very depressed because my life seems to be lacking direction. I don't have much going for me and I seriously have to move out of where I live. It's like I have to "get out of Dodge".

Nothing much else to report about. It seems like there's so much depression and loneliness going around lately. Maybe it's the phase of the moon right now (it's almost full), I don't know. Something must be in the air to cause all of this funk for a lot of people right now! I wish that we can all get together and talk about all of this and see what kind of solutions that can come up.

So many things. It just gets to be too much sometimes. I'll be ok though.

I spent the day processing. And I picked up my new glasses. I'm happy I left the house to do it. It was a pretty drive. I'm tired now and a little sad. It's the end of the day. I should go to sleep.

Today wasn't a good day for me emotionally. Feeling like I've been dealing with selfish people. It's gotten to the point that I am almost giving up on humanity.

I feel much better today. I'm doing my online grocery shop. The stuff will be here soon. It went well so that makes me happy. I have a Zoom meeting later on today. I will stay busy with good stuff.

I am struggling with my depression medicine even after I had my dosage was change.

I'm glad today is over. It was a crazy day. I am not sure tomorrow will be any better but at least I don't have a million things scheduled.

I don't feel very well. I slept for 9 hours and I'm still tired. I feel like I need to sleep for 6 more hours. So I will go back to bed.

I have some errands to do today & I really need to do them & not let myself down. So I'm crossing my fingers really hard.
