I think that because I did all of this to myself, I have created all of this mess by myself. So I should just buck up and lie in the bed I have made, except I can't.

I'm sorry to hear this. Is there anything you think you've done to cause this in particular? A lot of us feel that way. I know I do! Lots of times I feel like I deserve better than what I have going for me.

I used to feel this way when I decided if there was some good lesson I could learn from this so I wouldn't repeat it the next time.
