Did this happen again? 2006, my grandpa passed away from an aneurysm, I had surgery for TFCC before Thanksgiving. Now, same type injury, and grandma on end of life care.

In 12 hours I will know if surgery is required again or something else. I'll know if I go back to work.

When her on end of life care, it's tough. I may not be there for the funeral. All depends on when, and other factors.

I see my t after lunch.

I started trying to write a self compassion letter, that's tough.

I see my med provider the next day. This is a lot to deal with, at once.

I'm so sorry to hear about your grandmother's condition. I'm also sorry for the trauma triggers and memories. That must be so tough to deal with, especially around the holidays.

I got a little sleep. 5 and a half hours. Not nearly enough. I'm anxious. Before I got out of bed, I noticed a little shaking, and panic. It's 3 hours before the appointment. I don't need to be up but I am, it's one of those mornings.

MRI inconclusive. Exam, inconclusive. Steroid injection in two tendons. I'm home, I can go back to work. Hopefully, I can get training to actually help.

Maybe 4 hours of sleep. Pain, hyperventilating, and quick thinking. All present. Had to mindful breath but now breathing hurts. It's 4 am and I want\need to talk, yawning then coughing hurts. So much anguish!

I empathize with your situation and am sending you love and positive energy. This is a hard situation. What helps you to cope best? Is there a hobby or interest you have that helps give your mind a break for a while?

Not many options. My dominant hand is stiff and causes too much pain. Even any pressure hurts. I'm sitting, blanket on my legs. Waiting to hear from t.
