My T says when the memories flood, put in a subtitle that says; THIS IS MEMORY--THIS IS A MEMORY. He says see the memory like its on a film, take the film and stretch it out of shape--make it smaller--as if you're seeing it from far, far away.

It's not true now. It's memory.

Fuzzybear, I have had to battle with certain bad memories myself. I often wished they would fade too. I remember trying this technique where you go to a video that shows a bid circle with lines and a person speaks and you close your eyes.
