Sounds like you're struggling like me.
Having a messy house and not being to brush your hair every day sounds like you'reseverely depressed. I hope you get up more and more each.

But I don't know what you're struggling with internally that is causing you to be depressed. It could be a multiple of different things and I shouldn't assume too much.

I do have a hair care product that I use to detangle my hair but it might not work for you. I don't know if it's the same thing you tried. If you feel more comfortable, you can send me a message and can talk about it privately.

You're welcome. That's great news 🙂 that you went out and found a detangular spray.

I often allowed my hair to get so matted in the past. But now I think I have to make a conscience to have a brush handy everywhere beside my bed, etc. so it doesn't get so bad.

Be patient and kind to yourself.
