... because I'm a bad, horrible, terrible person
  A therapist once told me I had a ''tantrum''.... HE told me the most awful things, I think anyone would be ANGRY. It was not a ''tantrum'... F**** him and all providers who don't give a damn  I have the greatest respect for all professionals who do care and try to help  not about anyone on msf not about the situation in the world
