Hey Little Turtle

Hey all who know me at all

I'm still around I've been experiencing severe depression

I think I MIGHT have identified one of the (newer) causes. I think I know about most of the others

Love all around

PS has anyone read Pete Walker's book - Complex PTSD - from surviving to thriving? (has anyone found it helpful (if no I don't need to know )

not about the situation in the world

not about anyone on msf
